Bookings: A deposit of Eur 100 is payable to secure a booking on all Dublin
Media Centre courses. The balance must be paid at registration on the commencement
date of the booked course. Booking deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations: The Dublin Media Centre requires two weeks written or email
cancellation notice. If cancellation notice of two weeks is not received
the balance of the fee is due. If participants cannot attend their booked
course date they should notify The Dublin Media Centre as soon as possible.
The Dublin Media Centre will rescheule participants onto another course date
once full payment is received. Withdrawal from a course, for whatever reason,
does not lead to any form of refund. Participants may in certain circumstances (at
the discretion of The Dublin Media Centre) finish their course at a later
date that is suitable to The Dublin Media Centre. Personal insurance is
recommended to cover participants not being able to attend or complete a
course for any reason (such as illness or travel problems). Places can be transferred to another person.
The Dublin Media Centre reserves the right to alter dates
or content of any course, to substitute any tutor or to cancel a course at any
time. Participants shall be notified of the rescheduled date as soon as
possible. If the rescheduled date does not suit the participant, an
alternative course may be chosen. In circumstances in which a course is
cancelled an alternative course may be chosen. The right is reserved to
make alterations to all course fees and dates given in brochures, by email or on
the Internet.
Notification will be given as soon as possible in the event of
such changes.
Payment: All payments should be made to the "The Dublin Media Centre".
Cheques and Postal Orders are acceptable or authorisation (verbal or written) can be
given to make charges using VISA or MASTERCARD or Laser Card. The Dublin
